Horizon Division.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and business development for the Horizon
Division portfolio
Manage key accounts and optimize distributor performance to enhance
market success
Develop and implement annual business and sales plans to achieve
profitability and market share growth
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of sales results in the Beverage Alcohol
industry, particularly in Wine & Spirits
Established relationships with key distributors and wholesalers in
the region
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as
Marketing and Finance
Strong organizational and people development skills with a
commitment to collaborative culture
Ability to analyze business performance and drive strategic
decision-making
