We are looking for a immediate need of an outstanding administrative assistant to help run our daily operations.

Applicant must be detail oriented, outgoing and friendly and able to juggle multiple things at once!!!!!

Job Duties Include:

Process Payroll

On/Off Boarding employees

Answer Phones

Greet Clients and Candidates

HR Duties:

? Provide support to application process.

? Document all activity

? Import and manage resumes

? Pre-screen applicants

? Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position; provide information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.

?Handle correspondence as directed by Account Executives
