Responsibilities:
--- Market residential properties for sale in Denver, CO, US, effectively reaching out to potential buyers
--- Expertly handle negotiations for purchase agreements and contracts to ensure satisfaction from both buyers and sellers
--- Conduct detailed market analyses to accurately determine property values in the Denver area
--- Provide clients with valuable insights on crucial real estate procedures and offer expert guidance throughout the transaction process
--- Maintain an active Real Estate License to uphold compliance with all regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
--- To be eligible for this role, possessing a valid Real Estate License is a strict requirement
