Job Description:

Raven Print and Marketing is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their printing needs are met with efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients to understand their printing requirements Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery of projects Provide pricing quotes and process orders Address any customer inquiries or issues in a professional manner Assist with general office duties as needed Qualifications: Experience in commercial printing industry Knowledge of offset press, bindery, large format printing, plate making, and prepress Familiarity with Heidelberg, digital printing, flexography, and lithography Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills DEI Statement: At Raven Print and Marketing, we are committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
