Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Operations Analyst (Remote) to
manage product setups and data operations related to royalties.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for product setup and royalty data
operations
Collaborate with internal teams to manage the product setup process
and resolve conflicts
Document processes and workflows to standardize best practices
across teams
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a fast-paced role with a track record of
delivering high-quality work
Experience leading process improvement initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet, including
data shuttles
Experience with Jira and Power BI tools
2+ years in the education publishing or education technology
industry preferred
