  Position Overview:
  As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will play a key role in developing and facilitating enjoyable group and individual activities designed to enhance the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents. This includes conducting the Resident Activity Assessment following facility, federal, and state guidelines, ensuring that each resident's interests and preferences are recognized. Your enthusiasm and creativity will help shape meaningful experiences for the residents and may involve driving for various outings or activities.
  Competitive pay rate ranges between $18.30 and $20.50, based on experience.

  • Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent certification.
    
  • A valid driver's license accompanied by a clean driving history.
    
  • A typical work schedule from Friday to Monday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
