Job OverviewSteamboat Ski Resort is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Lift Operations team as a Dispatcher. This role is responsible for managing phone-to-radio communications between lift crews, supervisors, and maintenance teams, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate lift operations, including monitoring radios, phones, and ignition systems
• Update web information on lift status and snow conditions
• Assist with guest research and respond to comments related to lift operations
• Support administrative tasks, such as timekeeping, record-keeping, and department communication
• Collaborate with lift operations team members to ensure efficient and safe operationsRequirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer software
  • Previous clerical or lift experience beneficialWhat We Offer
