Job Description:

Quality Assurance Tech

Assure the quality of released products by conducting functionality and regression test of software before release. Creating plans, test cases, as well as documenting test results, identifying trends, and escalating concerns as necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

?Ensure quality products

?Document and maintain software revision history

?Participate in post-production validation of new products/releases

?Conduct software testing, including regression testing of new products/releases.

?Document test results, create metrics, analyze trends, and escalate concerns as necessary

?Provide production/customer technical support/assistance when escalated by operations or other internal groups.

?Participate in the configuration and maintenance of test system used by QA department.

?Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members, and department contacts.

Requirements:

?Proficient with various Microsoft Windows operating systems

?Microsoft Test Experience

?Microsoft TFS

?Ability to learn new software/procedures quickly

?Great communications skills, written and verbal

?Troubleshooting and problem solving

?Ability to handle numerous tasks at one time.

?Ability to make independent decisions

?Team Player

?Quick learner in order to work efficiently and meet deadlines

Experience

?3-5 Years in a technical position

Education:

?Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination and/or experience in related field.

Compensation:

50,000-60,000 DOE
