As a Operations Analyst Representative, you will be providing 5-star customer service, scheduling appointments, and providing call back requests by telephone in our Meridian call center. You may also escalate calls to higher tiers/other departments when required. If you have a knack for making people feel well-served and cared for no matter what the issue, this is the right path for you!

You will be the consummate problem solver, answering customer calls according to established procedure. You must maintain an excellent working

knowledge of company products and services and be able to read the materials to ensure that you are giving the correct information. If you enjoy assisting customers and fellow employees in a friendly, efficient and professional manner with room to grow, this role as a Operations Analyst Representative is great for you.

* Two years of phone and/or customer-facing experience with demonstrated ability to provide solutions according to professional standards

* Good written and verbal communication skills, especially

listening and problem solving

* General knowledge of computer systems and multi-line telephones

**** Banking/Mortgage experience preferred
