a passionate and experienced Executive Chef, you'll be responsible
for leading our kitchen team and crafting menus that delight our
guests with perfectly executed diner classics and bistro
cornerstones.Our kitchen is a place of creativity, mutual respect,
mentorship, and encouragement, where you'll have the freedom to
bring your innovative ideas to life. With a proven track record of
opening and operating nationally renowned restaurants, we're
committed to excellence and continuous improvement.We're looking
for someone with fine-dining experience, preferably with a
background in French cuisine. If you're a culinary professional

Donato, who brings a wealth of experience from his time with the
Frasca Food and Wine Team. Consultants Allison Anderson and Chef
Duncan Holmes help guide our creative vision, ensuring a special
experience for our guests. Chef Josh Hood, formerly of Major Tom,
leads our kitchen as Chef de Cuisine, managing all back-of-house
operations and building a team of passionate culinary
professionals.As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive
salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as
