As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our services, products, and policies to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions to their needs.
• Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company policies.Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age; valid state license required where applicable.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain airport security badge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in computer operations and typing.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift light to moderately heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications
    • Three to six months of experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, or customer service.
    • Knowledge of radio procedures and protocols.What We Offer
