---Proven work experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role ---BUFFET EXPERIENCE A PLUS!
--- Solid knowledge and execution of restaurant management best practice
--- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
--- Effective Leadership and organizational skills
--- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - BILINGUAL IN SPANISH A PLUS!
--- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
--- Degree in business administration or hospitality management preferred
