Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and emails from potential clients with professionalism and empathy.Deliver exemplary customer service to clients and prospects, ensuring a positive experience.Conduct thorough initial consultations to evaluate potential clients' cases and determine eligibility.Proactively follow up with potential clients to address inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our services.Schedule appointments for potential clients with attorneys, facilitating smooth transitions.Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts.Collaborate with team members to enhance client engagement strategies and refine processes. Position Requirements: 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; a plus is familiarity with legal management software. Pay and Schedule: Competitive pay ranges from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience.
