The Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Care Options for Kids provides specialized one-on-one care for pediatric patients in a home health setting. The role involves administering medications, conducting treatments, and working autonomously to establish strong relationships with families. Candidates must hold an active Colorado LPN license and have experience with G-tubes, trachs, and ventilation care or be willing to train.

  • Medication administration per physician orders
  • Physician ordered treatments for:
    • Nutrition via a feeding tube
    • Tracheostomy care
    • Suctioningnasal, oral and/or endotracheal
    • Ventilation care
    • Seizure assessment and treatmentRequirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
      • Current, active ColoradoLPN License
      • Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
      • G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
