primary care or ob/gyn settings.Expertise in the psychiatric care
of perinatal persons as well as individuals who are receiving care
for breast cancer, pelvic pain, menses-related mood disorders,
infertility and/or symptoms of perimenopause.Interest in and
experience with teaching medical trainees.Interest and experience
in supporting the health and wellbeing of healthcare
providers.Experience with EPIC.Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities:Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in
writing, with faculty, staff, students, alumni, industry and the
public.Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance

Women's Behavioral Health and Wellness (WBHW) Service Line in the
Department of Psychiatry (DOP) has an opening for a full-time
reproductive psychiatric nurse practitioner at the Instructor, Sr.
Instructor, or Assistant Professor rank. This faculty member will
provide direct patient services within a diverse set of WBHW
clinical settings, which may include reproductive mental health
specialty outpatient care and/or integrated services within Ob/Gyn
or other women's health specialty settings. The ideal candidate
will be a skilled clinician with subspecialty training in
reproductive psychiatry across the lifespan, an enthusiastic
educator, and have a strong interest in service innovation,
scholarship, and quality improvement. The WBHW clinical team
provides patient-centered and evidence-based care aimed to promote
wellness in women across the lifespan. Our dynamic
interdisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and social
workers work collaboratively with primary care providers and
specialists to offer consultative services and problem-focused care
for women with behavioral health concerns related to periods of
reproductive transition or medical conditions or treatment
impacting reproductive hormones and well-being. We aim to maintain
and expand access to services by implementing innovative models of
clinical care, providing interdisciplinary clinical training, and
deepening collaborative community and public partnerships.this role
is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days per week on campus
