Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in Arvada, Colorado.Job SummaryThis role involves providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high standards of care. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both English and Spanish, with a strong preference for a degree in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy in both English and Spanish to support our diverse client base.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles.
• Provide bilingual support during family meetings, communicating in both English and Spanish.
• Foster relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development, staying updated with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.What We Offer
