Job Description:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) roles available for night shifts.

We are hiring compassionate LPNs/LVNs to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting. LPN rate: $24 - $28/HR.

* Sign on Bonus: Full time nights- $3,500, Full time days- $2,500, Per diem- $500

Qualifications: Must have good standing license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice, Current CPR certification, Must be willing to provide in home nursing care to infants, children, and/or adolescents.

Responsibilities: One to one patient care in a home environment, Execution of physician's prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record, Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies, Patient assessments, coordination of care, Health, promotion, teaching, and training of family members.
