Job Description:

Join our team as a Behavioral Health Technician and contribute to enhancing the lives of children on the autism spectrum. Our methods draw from the Early Start Denver Model, a play-based form of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. Your key responsibilities will include providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6, implementing intervention plans, and fostering relationships with families. * Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6
* Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs
* Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child's progress
* Engage in ongoing training and development

* Qualifications:
* Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program
* Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)
* Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
* Ability to work on a team
* Reliable transportation and ability to meet physical requirements
