Soar Autism Center is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to children with autism.Job DescriptionWe are dedicated to delivering innovative and effective therapy solutions, and our Behavioral Health Therapist will play a crucial role in this mission.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6, adhering to the highest standards of the profession
• Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
• Foster strong relationships with families, keeping them informed of their child's progress within the ABA framework
• Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certificationRequirements
  • Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with Soar providing paid training
  • Previous experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of doing so
  • Reliable transportation to both training location and local center, with punctuality being essential
  • Ability to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet literacy
