Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a home health setting. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, promoting their independence and well-being.Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily activities, such as toileting, eating, and mobility
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plansRequirements
  • Active Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Colorado
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Compassionate nature and excellent communication skills
