Denver, Colorado, NP/PA Urgent Care Job

  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible NP or PA
  • Must have 6+ months' post training experience in primary care, emergency medicine, or urgent care
  • Sites are open 8a-8p on weekdays and 8a-6p on weekends
  • Each site employs at least one physician and multiple APPs
  • Full-time opening
  • Average patient volume varies - must feel comfortable seeing 3.5-4.5 patients per hour
  • If the patient volumes are on the high end, the site would provide a scribe and another provider
  • You'd perform typical urgent care procedures such as suturing, splinting, I&Ds, etc.
  • EMR: Experity

  • Organization Information:
    • Privately owned urgent care
    • 7 locations in Denver
    • Base Pay: $58-$60/hr DOE
    • Bonus opportunities: Potential to earn up to an additional $15 per hour based on performance
    • Shift Differential Pay: Additional Compensation for working weekends
    • Potential gross annual takehome (with bonuses): $140k-$220k
