Description of the Role

The Restorative Aide, CNA position at Cottonwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Laramie, Wyoming is responsible for assisting in the care and rehabilitation of residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out restorative care programs under the supervision of licensed nurses and therapists.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises as directed.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate staff.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents. Requirements
  
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of restorative care programs and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment. Benefits
