Job Description:

The Insurance Verifier/Surgery Scheduler plans and schedules for surgical and related appointments for doctors, maintains master schedule, schedules surgeries, gathers patient information, assures pre-certification, completes billing packets, and confers with OR Nurse Manager.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains master schedule
• Schedules surgeries
• Gathers patient information
• Assures pre-certification
• Completes billing packets
• Confers with OR Nurse ManagerJob Specifications:
  • High School education and/or equivalent
  • At least one year of related experience or training
  • Experience in patient registration, scheduling or insurance verification a plusBenefits:
