The transplant coordinator oversees and directs the care of the transplant patient. The transplant coordinator is responsible for the care of pre-transplant and liver transplant patients in a clinical setting. Serves as primary nurse leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Oversees and directs the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients. When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.What qualifications you will need:
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse or active multistate license.
  • BLS - Healthcare provider. -
  • CCTN or CCTC Preferred.
  • Associates degree in nursing required: Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
