Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Home Health CNA, you will provide personalized care to seniors and individuals with illnesses or chronic diseases in the comfort of their own homes.Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, and monitor blood glucose
• Document any changes or concerns and work with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient's care plan is followedRequirements:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
  • No Covid Vaccination Required
  • Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
