Job Title: Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Job Summary:
RTG Medical-Nursing is seeking a skilled Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join their team. As a traveling healthcare professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting.

Responsibilities:
--- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
--- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
--- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and implement interventions to prevent or manage them
--- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:
--- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
--- BLS and ACLS certification
--- 1+ year of ICU experience
--- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
--- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
