Job Description:
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Long-Term Care
(LTC) & Telemetry Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day - 12x3 - 06AM -
06PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1
year required; 2 to 5 years preferred License: CO or multi-state
compact RN license Certifications: ACLS & BLS (Must be through the
American Heart Association) Must-Have: - Ventilator and
tracheostomy (vent/trach) experience - Knowledge of central lines -
Preferred wound care experience Job Description: - Hold shift
accountability for providing patient care utilizing the Nursing
Process, adhering to state Nurse Practice Acts, and hospital
policies and procedures. - Demonstrate critical thinking skills,
scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning
for safe delivery of care. - Maintain clinical competencies through
continuing education. - Delegate patient care priorities
appropriate to the education and experience level of available
staff. - Provide direction and supervision of personnel assigned to
deliver patient care. - Patient ratios are typically 1:6. -
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR). - Dress code and
scrub colors to be determined during interview process.
