System One is actively recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager for a contract position located in Henderson, CO.

Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for working as a Quality Assurance manager for the Colorado region; overseeing multiple projects to ensure that the quality program has applicable documentation in place. This documentation is to be reviewed and completed for each project. Each project will require a project management plan. There is a specific section in that plan that that this resource has the responsibility to review. Within that plan, this resource will have to sign off and approve that we also have project quality plans. This resource will be responsible for reviewing this with the project manager and project lead. This resource will also work on nonconformance reporting should a vendor provide a material specification or time guidelines, damage, etc. This resource will then be responsible for verifying that they are filled out correctly by that vendor and would then be responsible for providing a root cause analysis.

Quality Assurance Responsibilities: Could be primarily in the field to review documentation from projects with the project manager/leads.
The manager/leads will assist this resource in setting up their quality requirements that the vendors provide to them.
Responsible for ensuring that these quality requirements are adhered to. That aside, a lot of this role will be audits, paperwork based.
Responsible for ensuring that we are establishing and following our committed test plan and submitting supporting documentation.
Primarily responsible for facilitating and supporting the project managers to compile/execute nonconformance reports to ensure that should a deviation arise, we are complying with rules for a resolution.
May be responsible for vendor inspections/audits.
Responsible for reviewing vendor documentation to review their quality program to ensure that it is aligned with company standards.


Quality Assurance Responsibilities: Must have high proficiency in with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
Preferred experience with ProCore software.
5-7 years of experience in QA/QC, safety. Industrial commercial oil/gas background.
5-7 years prior knowledge/understanding of fundamental quality procedures/processes with a QA/QC background.
Must also be safety minded/driven.
Background/knowledge with ISO 9001 and API etc.
Previous utility experience is not required, however, strongly preferred. Targeting industrial commercial oil/gas background.
Previous experience in a large/matrixed organization would be very helpful.
Firm understanding of how a quality program works.
Team player, self-motivated/driven.
Passionate about quality and safety.
Resource should be very motivated and should have an extrovert personality to establish relationships and ask questions.


Location: Henderson, CO
The hours will be standard - 8 to 5. There may be some deviation, however, it's a pretty standard 40 hours per week role.
Contract Duration:12-months (could convert to perm position for the right candidate)
Pay Rate: $62.00/hr.
