This position requires a seasoned engineer with a strong grasp of CS principles, excited to take on coordination, awareness, and oversight of technology projects and deliverables.Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate Speed of Innovation - Deliver key products and features at an accelerated pace, building on our existing speed and agility.
• Engineering Leadership - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and leverage Vorto's unique culture to build a world-class, differentiated engineering team.
• Coaching - Coach the engineering team to challenge and grow each engineer, promoting a culture of growth and development.
• Production Uptime & Quality - Ensure production uptime and quality, focusing on performance, security, and availability.
• Engineering Strategy - Develop the overall architecture of the product to meet business needs, driving strategic decision-making.Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a software engineering leader
  • 8+ years of experience as a software engineer
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or a substantially impressive software engineering background
  • Proven track record of building customer-facing, enterprise products with substantial market success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, accelerating team velocity and driving results
  • High EQ, collaborator with a transparent approach, and a thought leader who drives cross-functional teams to achieve goals
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, being flexible and responsive to changing business and technical requirements
