to ensuring a seamless experience for millions of customers across
all our brands while efficiently addressing any billing
concerns.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: -Maintain the Retail Wireless Projects and
Vendor management teams daily operationsServe as a Subject Matter
Expert and fully understand processes and their impact on the
overall business; analyze, identify, and implement potential
process and systems enhancements to create efficiencies; assist in
the completion of projects and using discretion to determine the
methods to meet established goalsCoordinate and manage all Release
related activities for the organization from a Billing and Credit
department perspective; identify impacts of enterprise projects to
specific teams within the departmentAbility to manage several
projects for different teams at one timeWork closely with Retail
Wireless teams to keep a well defined scope and ensure projects
stay on track for the determined deployment datesQuickly
communicate and determine resolution plan with vendors when issues
ariseCommunicate updates, issues and resolutions to senior
leadership across multiple departments related to projects and
releasesEvaluate business needs and develop/establish Objectives
and Key Results (OKRs)Identify potential opportunities for process
improvement and report automation using various methods, i.e.
databases, spreadsheets, external data sources, IT development, and
execute changes to systems with little or no impactCommunicate
suggestions for process improvements through summaries, reports and
presentations
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from
four-year College or technical school, preferably in Accounting,
Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or
Statistics, and at least two years of related experience, or
equivalent combination of education and experience -Skills and
Qualifications: -Experience in Project and/or Release Management
preferredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the
ability to create and work with Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP
functions, and exposure to MacroExperience with SQL or Microsoft
Access is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
(Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Google suite -Strong written and
verbal communication skillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret
common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance,
define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid
conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a
wide audience of internal departments
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

total compensation will vary based on factors such as
qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based
on the role's location and is subject to change based on work
