Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Manager to
develop and execute compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and execute on compensation strategy to align with business
needs
Drive operational excellence for compensation activities and
program management
Lead special projects and analyses to adapt to evolving talent
needs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in compensation, with 3+ years in executive
and equity compensation
Strong analytical skills for compensation analysis and modeling
Proven ability to manage compensation programs from design to
implementation
Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing
decisions
Experience in public company and/or IPO environments is a bonus
