belonging.OverviewThe Manager, New Homes Community Enablement
leader is responsible for ensuring that each active builder
community is set up for success in working with Sunrun. This
includes training builder sales and design center personnel on
Sunrun offerings and how to work with Sunrun, ensuring they are
able to speak to customers about their solar and energy product
options as well as ensuring they understand Sunrun's pricing, work
order, invoicing, and escrow tracking processes so we can work
together effectively. This leader will be responsible for ensuring
builder work orders are submitted correctly and timely, that
homebuyer changes are recorded correctly, and that solar selections
are recorded accurately. They will lead a small team of Community
Enablement Coordinators, as well leading individual contributors
responsible for contract review, pricing accuracy, builder payments
and collections, and incentive processing. The leader will use
metrics and dashboards to measure performance of the team and
implement corrective actions as needed.ResponsibilitiesResponsible
for enabling builders to represent Sunrun offerings to homeowners
at the point of sale and at design centersSets up mechanisms for
tracking of customer contract signing and ensuring linkage to lot
level construction in the field is accurate at all times,
especially as homebuyers change over before saleOwns teams
responsible for collecting close of escrow information and tracking
buyer changesManages both team leaders (managers & supervisors) as
well as individual contributorsMaps existing processes, identifies
areas for improvement, and implements changes to process, tools,
policies as needed to achieve a world class experienceDevelops SLAs
and performance metric targets and measures performance vs. target
on both an individual and team level; makes corrective changes as
needed to deliver required resultIdentifies gaps in upstream or
downstream systems/processes and collaborates with peers and other
functional leaders within and outside of New Homes to optimize
flowCollaborates with builders proactively and reactively to ensure
inputs are received in a timely manner and updates are provided as
appropriate on status of key issues and initiatives.Develops tools
that align with and support ideal process
flowQualificationsBachelor's Degree or 12 years of work
experience5+ years professional experience with people management,
including managing other supervisors or managers as well as
individual contributorsExperience leading builder enablement teams
in a New Homes Solar environmentDeep understanding of new homes
purchase order, pricing, sales and closing protocolsExperience
building scalable processes to support rapid growthExperience with
process and resources transformation and optimizationExperience
developing reports and work queues in salesforce to manage team's
workExperience managing customer & builder facing teamsExperience
using metrics to manage employee and team performancePhysical

opportunity:$82,324.46 to $109,765.95Other rewards may include
annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual
performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific
awards. Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees,
