Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:Manage a team of Program Managers helping lead and drive on-time, successful delivery of high-visibility, complex project launches, managing schedule, scope, and budget of Retail Wireless initiativesEnsure there is top-to-bottom coordination in launch planning, go-to-market and provide support during post-launch windowsEffectively manage and resolve project risks and issues in a proactive manner with appropriate upstream and downstream communicationsPrioritize team workload balancing the priorities and skill sets of the team, to ensure team is coordinated in an aggressive delivery environmentConduct and lead team meetings to achieve project goals, obtain feedback, and secure approvals for requirements documentsProvide project status updates to team and Executives, and act as a business lead collaborating with IT to ensure proper representation and understanding of business impacts
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:BA/BS in a technical or business discipline8+ years of program management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in the wireless industry preferred -Skills and Qualifications:Experienced in launching consumer market products and servicesExcellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skillsSkilled in managing and completing cross-functional team tasks#LI-CG2
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
