Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Provider Strategy &
Operations, Psychiatric Services.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the General Manager of Supply for the national Psychiatric
Services business, overseeing provider-related metrics
Scale processes and systems to expand national operations and adapt
to regulatory changes
Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance the provider experience
for psychiatric providers nationwide
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in strategy & operations roles, with at
least 5 years in process or product improvement in a high-growth
organization
Experience in owning quantified objectives and achieving goals
through key metrics
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to optimize
and scale new processes and systems
Proficient in analysis, particularly in Excel/Gsheets; SQL
preferred
Healthcare experience, including direct interaction with providers,
is preferred
