Job Description:
A company is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join their
team in a customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and train new enterprise customers, ensuring a smooth
transition
Develop new use cases for clients to foster platform adoption and
account growth
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive
communication and feedback gathering
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a solutions consultant or sales
engineering role in a SaaS or technology organization
2+ years of AI consulting or solutions experience
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new
technologies
Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of managing multiple
priorities
Bonus if based in the San Francisco Bay Area
