Responsibilities:
--- Represent and negotiate tax debt settlements with the IRS/State on behalf of their clients
--- Service as a liaison between tax authorities and clients
--- Provide guidance to individuals and businesses regarding minimizing tax liability
--- Review of financial records in comparison against collection statutes to determine reasonable collection potential
--- Provide guidance to ensure clients become and maintain a current and compliant status
--- Review tax forms for accuracy and compliance
--- Maintain client confidentiality

Qualifications:
--- Enrolled Agent, Attorney, CPA
--- This is a hybrid position on a day-to-day basis with monthly face-to-face team meetups
--- At least 6 months of tax resolution experience
--- Self-starter for problem-solving
--- Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills
