Job Summary: Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to prepare financial statements.

Job Duties:

1.Complete month-end closing using QuickBooks software.

2.Prepare monthly financial reporting package.

3.Maintain fixed asset ledger.

4.Complete and maintain subsidiary accounting ledgers.

5.Complete monthly bank reconciliations

6.Assist with policies and procedure (writing and implementation)

Minimum Qualifications

1.Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting plus 2 years in a Staff Accountant-level.

2.Intermediate Level - QuickBooks

3.Intermediate Level Excel ability

4.Beginner to Intermediate Word and Outlook

5.Flexibility in work schedule when required.

Additional Experience a plus but not required for position

1.1-2 Years in the oil and gas industry.
