Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage billing-related projects, ensuring
accuracy and compliance with client-specific requirements
Develop and maintain training materials and conduct ongoing
training for the billing team
Manage and resolve billing disputes, collaborating with internal
teams and clients
Required Qualifications
Experience in billing, invoicing, or a related field, preferably
within a law firm or corporate legal department
Strong organizational skills to manage overlapping project
timelines
Ability to create training materials for employees of all skill
levels
Experience with billing systems and processes
Familiarity with state regulations and billing practices
