Job Description:

As a Financial Representative Trainee, you will join a comprehensive program focused on selling Individual Insurance products and receive extensive training and support to excel in this role. This program includes a combination of self-study and hands-on experience projects tailored to a structured curriculum. What We Offer:

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills for providing holistic financial advice to clients
  • Gather direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal business partners and oversee application and underwriting processes Requirements:
    • Ability to successfully achieve criteria of the Trainee Program and pass required insurance licensing exams
    • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed PREFERRED: Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices.
