Responsibilities: Manage and supervise hourly employees Responsible for the motivation and safety of those employees under their supervision Prepares pre-operational paperwork Ensures area is properly staffed/crewed to meet operational needs Coach and develop employees to obtain results Responsible formeeting volume goals, reducing claims, maximizing yields, reducing cost, and employee retention
Maintainsgood working relationships with the Union, USDA, and maintenance employees. Manages job changes/rotationsQualifications: Ability to communicate in English
Bi-lingual preferred but not required 1-2 years proven supervisory experience; preferably in a manufacturing or productionenvironment but not required Ability to work 50+ hours People management skills Must able to work in extreme temperaturesThe applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time off: sick leave, vacation and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): eligible after the 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting scheduleBase salary range of $58,800 - $78,000This position is eligible to participate in the Company s annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;The company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
